Method of work                   

• Mechanical revision of all the parts of the maquina:
  1. Rectified of guides.
  2. Revision and rectified of axes and small spindles.
  3. Change of all the bearings.
  4. Cleaned and painted of the machine.
  5. Design and manufacture of tool and necessary tools.

   

• Connection of necessary elements for the conversion to the CNC.
  1. Connection of actuators for regulation of axes.
  2. Installation of a new system of electrical (component and wiring).
  3. Installation of all the components of the CNC.

   

• Exhaustive completion to guarantee a good operation and an absolute precision.

• Installation and formation.
  1. We installed the machine in its factory and made new tests until its total satisfaction.
  2. We formed the personnel in charge of the handling of the machine.

  3. We have system of remote diagnosis, that allows us to control the state of the machine from our factories and to make possible modifications, readjustments or repairs in the CNC of immediate way and with no need of displacement nor times of delay on the other hand.
